- I was born and raised in Northampton, MA (Go sox!) When it was time to fly the coop I chose sunny California. After four years at Pitzer College, I graduated with a double major in economics and international and intercultural studies. As part of my studies, I spent a year abroad in South Africa and Botswana. I love to travel, try new things and meet new people. For my next great adventure I'll be living in Mauritius as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar. For my scholarship I will be studying social development at the University of Mauritius and collaborating with the Rotary Club of Curepipe on community service projects.
